Returns

You have 30 days for a full refund (onto the original method of payment) or exchange, with presentation of the original receipt.  Items must be unused and undamaged to qualify for a refund or an exchange. Due to COVID-19, all textiles are final sale and are not eligible for refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at info@scandimodern.ca within 14 days with photos of the item(s), the box, and the packaging. We’ll take care of the rest!

Sale and Discounted Items

Sorry, all sale and/or discounted items are final sale and do not qualify for refund.

Lost Parcels, incorrect or incomplete delivery address

*Sorry! We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post or UPS during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
